Project Overview
I Have worked on this project before one month ago and I have created this automation for Mr Nathan from Paradiiigm. The Automation that he requested was to fully automate his customer service. As communication channels, Mr. Nathan uses Gmail, SMS, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and calling agents. He wanted to have ai agents for each communication channel and automate the customer service
REQUIREMENTS
1. Instant reply from AI for customer inquiries
2. Able to qualify leads within all the communication channels
3. Be able to check the calendar for availability and schedule appointments based on those data
4. Having previous conversation memory throughout the communication channels
5. Able to see analytics in one place.
CHALLENGERS
1. First challenge that we had was finding the more natural voice for the Ai Calling Agent and he were able to find a more natural voice and use that in our voice bot
2. Having all the bots in one place and have all analytics in one place.
We were able to overcome this by having some custom automations and connecting all our bots with Mr Nathan’s CRM system We were able to finish the project earlier than we expected, and Mr. Nathan was super happy how it finalized at the end. He told us he was able to increase the conversions due to these new agents and his clients are also super satisfied with the new communication System.
